How to loose weight - Day 4

The 4th day

 Hi again.

Here i am to tell you about the 4th day of my plan to loose weight.

I took this plan after i go to the doctor and i found that i have high cholesterol. Because of that my doctor told me that i should do some diet and some exercise. I´ve been relating what my doctor told me that would be better for me to low the cholesterol, and the most important is to loose weight. My doctor told me that with this plan i´ll loose weight with consistance, i won´t note it in the first 2 months, only in the 3rd month i would note better the results of this plan.

I´ve done this plan by 2 months and already loose 3 kgs. I think this is very good for all of those who want to loose some kgs but in a consistent way, because many people make crazy diets for 2 or 3 months, and after loose about 10 kgs or a little more in some cases, they restart to eat too much (it´s normal in that crazy diets) and then they gain 15 or 20 kgs and they go fat again.

So, i´m doing as my doctor told me and i want loose 9 kgs in a year (for me it´s enough). Only i will continue to follow this plan because it´s very healthy. It´s not a crazy diet, we can eat once a week some cakes and some "bad" food.

To day i eat turkey at lunch and grilled fish at dinner. As always i take my breakfast by the morning, today was some chocolate cereals with milk. At the middle of the afternoon, a piece of fruit and a bread. And before go to sleep 2 or 3 cookies.

For exercise i´ll go swimming for about 45 minutes and i´ll walk my dog for another 30 minutes. If you´re following me and you can´t go swim you can walk for 45 minutes, it´s also ok.

Abd that´s all for today. Tomorrow i´ll be here for the 5th day.
