Let´s loose some extra weight

Last Christmas i have "won" 7 extra kgs due to excess of food i ate. Normally i don´t "win" nor lose kgs, but in that time i really ate too much and i´m now too fat.

So, i decided to lose some weight, i talked to my doctor and he said i really should lose some kgs, not only to like what i see in the mirror but also because of my health.

I´m following the plan he gave me and i´m already losing weight. I don´t have to spend extra money in gymnasiums nor diet food nor anything. It´s a plan where i don´t need to spend a single cent. My doctor told me not to go to the gym, because we may lose 1 kg in each session but our body will ask us extra food and with that we´ll win again that 1 kg we lose or more.

As i´m already seeing the results, i decided to share this plan with you, hoping that more people can lose weight, especially those people who are trying that but not reaching their goal. I expect you to follow this plan and share in this hub what your goal is with this and as you see results please share them in this hub.

Day 1 - Let´s begin

Well, before you start this plan you should go to the balance and see what your weight is today. Maybe it´s better to write in a paper so you know how you are doing.

Rule number 1 is to eat slowly and not too much. Also you must eat 5 times a day. You can eat everything but try to eat more fish than meat and more grilled food.

I´ll tell you what i do in each day, you may follow with me or you can do something different but never forget the basic rules.

I took my breakfast at 9am, a bread with margarine (the one that low my cholesterol) and a cup of milk.

Then, at 10h30 i went to the beach walk for a middle hour. The pass of the walk must be a little accelarated so you sweat a little bit. You can walk in other place if you can´t go to the beach today, the important is that you walk half an hour in accelerated pass.

For this first day i will eat some chicken, with soup and a piece of fruit for my lunch, a bread and a yoghurt in the middle of afternoon, a grilled fish, soup and a piece of fruit for dinner and 1 or 2 cookies before i go to sleep.

I also have a dog, a labrador, and i walk him everyday for 20-30 minutes. If you want to follow with me, would be better if you have a dog to do this walk to, or if you don´t have, please walk 10 minutes more in the walk alone of yours to compensate.

Of course we won´t lose weight in these first day, this is a plan for a few months but is a plan that once you loose the kgs will be more difficult to gain them again.

And i probably will continue to do this plan for all my life because i think it´s very good and will give me self esteem and health.

I hope we can loose 2 kgs per month, more or less, it´s better than enter in a crazy diet to loose 10kgs in a month. I prefer to go slowly but with consistance.
